Play Therapy

Play Therapy is a form of counselling where play is used as means of helping children. Children are able to express and communicate their feelings more easily when playing. Our therapists have carefully designed play therapy processes in order to help children express the things that cause them distress or anxiety. These processes have been designed in such a way as to help children when they do not have the verbal ability to communicate or show their thoughts and feelings.

In the case of Play Therapy, parents need to be 100% on board.


Counselling is a form of therapy that allows an individual a confidential and dependable environment whereby they can talk about their problems and emotions. A counsellor is a professionally trained person who listens with empathy. Empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings of someone else. Counsellors are also able to help you deal with any negative thoughts and feelings that you may have.

Counselling is not about giving advice and it is not judgmental. It is built on a relationship of trust where confidentiality is more important than anything else in order for the counselling to be successful.
